4th Annual Woodbridge Rib Fest
Hosted by the Rotary Club, Woodbridge had a chance to experience a finger licking “rib-o-licious” event of the summer at the Woodbridge Fairgrounds. The 4th Annual Woodbridge Rib Fest brought the freshest, delicious and savoury ribs to the heart of the community. The 4th Annual Woodbridge Rib Fest, Co-hosted by The Woodbridge Rotary Club and the Woodbridge Agricultural Society was held on August 6th, 7th, and 8th at the Woodbridge Fair Grounds. The weekend long event featured some of the greatest in the business including: top award winning Ontario Ribbers - Boss Hogs BBQ, Blazin BBQ, Bad Wolf BBQ, Fire Island and 2009 defending champions Kentucky Smokehouse. There was lots of musical entertainment provided, including The Soulmates, The Hoo Doo Blues Band, the Campfire Poets, and Dirty Dishes.
On top of the mouth-watering ribs and the electricity of the live performances was kids games, such as face painting, crafts, bouncy castle, kid's midway rides and games, the D.U.M.B car, and a variety of vendors.
