DreamWorld Events Uses BBQ to Help People Move Forward

In support of the Moving Forward Foundation, a foundation that raises awareness and funding through networking events in York Region, DreamWorld Events hosted a BBQ lunch event on July 18th. Many gathered outside the DreamWorld offices in Vaughan to help raise funds and enjoy a great lunch for the amazing work done by Georgina, Tony, and everyone else behind Moving Forward. The foundation provides interest free micro loans to individuals and families, funds would be used to assist low income and at risk residents as they rebuild their lives in York Region. Guests were greeted with a delicious, all-Italian style BBQ lunch and even a surprise visit by CFL legend Damon Allen. 100% of the proceeds were directed to the Moving Forward Foundation, which is celebrating a big year.
