Hot Yoga Wellness Invites SNAP for a Workout
The increased intensity of the evolving state of circumstances and occasional stress flare ups in one’s everyday life can be difficult to deal with at times. It is important to find something, anything really, that can help maintain a level of relaxation and balance in order to keep moving forward. After speaking briefly about this with Jacob from Hot Yoga Wellness, he invited me to try out a Hot Yoga Studio experience at one of their two locations in Vaughan. I was greeted at Hot Yoga Wellness’s 28 Roytec Rd. location in Woodbridge by Tina, who proceeded to introduce me to a number of Yoga poses within a half-hour session. I was a little apprehensive walking in. It wasn’t about the potential benefits of practicing Yoga as I was well aware of the physical and mental advantages of including yoga into one’s fitness regimen. More so, the temperature of the studio while participating in my first session was the root of my trepidation. However, Tina and Jacob (Jacob took the SNAPshots while Tina instructed) alleviated any worries that I had while putting me in Tree, Warrior, Dance, Eagle and Powerful Positions, and incorporating some spinal twists complete my session. If you are a yoga enthusiast, or are looking to try yoga for the first time, you can visit Hot Yoga Wellness at 28 Roytec Rd. in Woodbridge or in Concord at 1750 Steeles Ave W.
