The 3rd Annual Chocolate Ball

The recent Chocolate Ball at the Bellagio Boutique Event Venue, held this year in support of Giant Steps, helped transform one of Vaughan’s most prestigious banquet halls into chocolate heaven for participants and guests. With the opportunity to indulge in the finest chocolate infused coco-d'oeuvres and take part in the “La Vida Cocoa” theme of the evening, anyone with an insatiable sweet tooth had to be left feeling satisfied upon exiting the building. Just like every year at the Chocolate Ball, the sights, smells, and tastes offered the very best in chocolate inspired treats like cupcakes, truffles, and even bacon! One lucky guest was even able to take home a chocolate sculpture, created on the spot and in front of all of the guests by Joseph By Dolcini. While many of the senses were being permeated by all things chocolate, the groovy sounds of The Royz Band had the ears and dancing feet of guests rocking all through the night. Along with the food stations and entertainment, a grand Silent Auction, Door Prizes, Raffles and Gift Bags were made available to all of the evening’s guests. Partial proceeds from The Chocolate Ball were directed to helping Giant Steps; a school and therapy centre that enables children with Autism Spectrum Disorder through academics, therapies, and integration.
